🪡 🧵 Co i jak z tym haftem?❓❓❓🤔
Często dostajemy zapytania czy nie moglibyśmy zrobić haftu "na poczekaniu" i za każdym razem jesteśmy zmuszeni odmówić. Wiąże się to z rozczarowaniem klienta,
dlatego tym razem w poście postaramy się wytłumaczyć dlaczego jest to niemożliwe.
Haft jest złożonym procesem na który składa się kilka etapów:
🔵 Etap I - otrzymujemy od was grafikę (rys.1) w formacie cdr. psd. jpg. pdf. może być ona w kolorze lub jak na poniższym przykładzie monochromatyczna.
Jak to bywa w tego typu plikach otrzymana grafika jest "płaska", brak jej plastyczności a całą sztuką haftu jest osiągnąć głębię wzoru jak na rys.2,3
I tu pojawia się odpowiedź dlaczego na haft trzeba poczekać. Po otrzymaniu pliku i wgraniu go w oprogramowanie do tworzenia haftów zaczynamy etap drugi.
🔵 Etap II - osoba która wykonuje program na maszynę ma dużo pracy. Jej zadaniem jest przerysowanie każdego elementu i zamienienie go na ściegi,
wymyślenie jaki rodzaj wypełnienia zastosować by był najwłaściwszy dla danego wzory,
musi ustalić gęstości wypełnienia oraz dobrać odpowiednie podszycie, przewidzieć kolejności haftowanych elementów oraz ewentualne cięcia nici.
Proces tworzenie w zależności od skomplikowania wzoru może zająć nawet kilka godzin.
🔵 Etap III - gdy plik jest gotowy warto wykonać haft próbny zgodnie z myślą, iż komputer przyjmie wszystko, hafciarka już niekoniecznie.
Zależy nam by wszystko było dopracowane w najmniejszym szczególe a taki przehaft pozwoli na dokładną analizę programu.
🔵 Etap IV - dopiero w tym momencie możemy przystąpić do końcowej realizacji zamówienia. Na rysunku 3 widzimy gotowy wyhaftowany projekt.
Ma on głębię oraz strukturę co powoduje, iż znacząco różni się od początkowej grafiki.
Haft wzoru trwa od kilku / kilkudziesięciu minut do nawet kilku godzin.
Zależne jest to od wielkości wzoru oraz ilości wkłuć igły.
🎯 Jak widzicie jest to skomplikowany i czasochłonny proces którego nie da się wykonać od razu.
Te wszystkie czynniki mają również wpływ na koszt usługi gdyż oczywistym jest, że cena zależy od czasu wykonania oraz ilości sztuk.

🪡 🧵 What and how about this embroidery?❓❓❓🤔
We often get questions whether we could do embroidery "while you wait" and every time we are forced to refuse. This is associated with the customer's disappointment,
so this time in the post we will try to explain why it is impossible.
Embroidery is a complex process consisting of several stages:
🔵 Stage I - we receive a graphic from you (Fig. 1) in the cdr. psd. jpg. pdf format. It can be in color or, as in the example below, monochrome.
As is often the case with this type of files, the graphic received is "flat", it lacks plasticity and the whole art of embroidery is to achieve the depth of the pattern as in Fig. 2,3
And here comes the answer why you have to wait for embroidery. After receiving the file and uploading it to the embroidery software, we start the second stage.
🔵 Stage II - the person who makes the program for the machine has a lot of work. Its task is to redraw each element and convert it into stitches,
to think of the type of filling that would be most appropriate for a given pattern,
it must determine the filling density and select the appropriate lining, predict the order of embroidered elements and possible thread cutting.
The creation process, depending on the complexity of the pattern, can take up to several hours.
🔵 Stage III - when the file is ready, it is worth making a test embroidery in accordance with the idea that the computer will accept everything, but not necessarily the embroidery machine.
We want everything to be perfected down to the smallest detail and such embroidery will allow for a thorough analysis of the program.
🔵 Stage IV - only at this point can we start the final ex*****on of the order. In Figure 3 we can see the finished embroidered design.
It has depth and structure, which makes it significantly different from the initial graphic.
Embroidery of the pattern takes from several / several dozen minutes to even several hours.
It depends on the size of the pattern and the number of needle insertions.
🎯 As you can see, this is a complicated and time-consuming process that cannot be done all at once.
All these factors also affect the cost of the service because it is obvious that the price depends on the time of ex*****on and the number of pieces.
