This tale can’t be written in posts. But we owe it to Angela to try. A lifelong learner of the Japanse art of gyotaku, she blends this ancient style with her Portuguese roots. Fresh fish caught off the coast of Sesimbra and treated by Angela and eventually dipped in durable textile ink and pressed on our shirts. We love how playful the Petinga and Peixe Galo dance around each other on the back of this shirt.

Walking around in circles 🚶🚶‍♀️. Again and again. Until your head spins and your legs feel like jelly. Socksy boy does just that. Again and again. We love this design made by Tina and are super happy we could get it on our shirts. As often, with the help of Maria and her detailed printing skills. 🙏

Now that the wait is over and collection number five is about to launch, we decided to discount our first 3 collections. Starting today with 50% on ERICEIRA SKY. First sneak peek in the art of crafting. We are happy to share Catarina Gomes agreed to make a shirt with us. We like to use her words to explain a little more: ‘I set my usual collages aside and focused on line drawing and contrast, to create a linocut - a printmaking technique that involves carving a drawing into a linoleum plate”

Portuguese breakfasts are full of tradition. So are the lovely streets around us. One of these traditions is to ask for the bill only to have one last bica. That’s how we named our café e conta shirt. Thanks for creating the nice visual ☕️🧾
