✨ Rem Koolhaas

One similarity between architecture and bookmaking is that both have unbelievably long traditions. Qatar National Library is conceived as a single room which houses both people and books that spread knowledge and creativity, the aisles are designed as a topography of shelving, interspersed with spaces for reading, socializing and browsing.

أحد أوجه التشابه بين الهندسة المعمارية وصناعة الكتب هو أن كلاهما لهما تقاليد عميقة بشكل لا يصدق، صُممت مكتبة قطر الوطنية كغرفة فردية تضم كلاً من الأشخاص والكتب التي تنشر المعرفة والإبداع ، وقد تم تصميم الممرات على أنها تضاريس للأرفف تتخللها مساحات للقراءة والتواصل الاجتماعي والتصفح.

Inspired by Dahl Al Misfir, the National Museum of Qatar Gift Shops echoes the Architect Koichi Takada’s vision of bringing nature back into architecture, establishing relationships that connect people and nature through design. The Dahl Al Misfir (Cave of Light), located in the heart of Qatar, is a beautiful underground sanctuary formed largely from fibrous gypsum crystals that give off a faint, moon-like, phosphorescent glow. The intensity of the design and craftsmanship pays homage to Jean Nouvel's desert rose inspired architecture and celebrates the natural Qatari heritage of the desert-scape.

مستوحى من دحل المسفر، يعكس متجر الهدايا في متحف قطر الوطني رؤية المهندس المعماري كويتشي تاكادا لإعادة الطبيعة إلى الهندسة المعمارية، و ربط الناس بالطبيعة من خلال التصميم. يقع دحل المسفر في قلب قطر ، وهو تحت الأرض يتكون إلى حد كبير من بلورات الجبس الليفية التي تنبعث منها وهجًا فوسفوريًا خافتًا يشبه القمر. كثافة التصميم والحرفية بالفن المعماري مستوحى من وردة الصحراء لجان نوفيل وتحتفي بالتراث القطري الطبيعي للمنطقة الصحراوية

تملك الثقافة السودانية خصوصية وجماليات تبرز في أزياء المواطنين أبرزها الثوب السوداني وهو الزي القومي وأشهر ما يميز المرأة السودانية. هو عبارة عن زي خارجي، يلبس فوق فستان بسيط تتناسق ألوانه مع ألوان الثوب ويعبر عن الهوية والثقافة السودانية خاصة خارج السودان.

pattern is an arrangement of lines or shapes, especially a design in which the same shape is repeated at regular intervals over a surface.
These patterns are inspired by the old Qatari Geometric patterns. They are primarily concentrated in Barahat Msheireb.

Jeffrey Lynn Koons, an American artist recognized for his sculptures depicting everyday objects, including balloon animals produced in stainless steel with mirror-finish surfaces.
'Jeff Koons: Lost in America’ exhibition has opened at QM Gallery Al Riwaq, located in the Museum of Islamic Art (MIA) Park. The exhibition presents a portrait of American culture as seen through Koons’s autobiography, beginning with his childhood and features more than sixty artworks drawn from Koons’s four-decades-long career and is divided into 16 galleries.

جيفري لين كونز، فنان أمريكي معروف بتماثيله التي تصور العناصر اليومية، بما في ذلك حيوانات البالون المنتجة من الفولاذ مع أسطح ذات مرآة. افتتح معرض​​"جيف كونز: تائه في أمريكا" في غاليري الرواق الواقع في حديقة متحف الفن الإسلامي. يقدم المعرض صورة للثقافة الأمريكية كما تُرى من خلال السيرة الذاتية لكونز بدءًا من طفولته ويضم أكثر من ستين عملاً فنيًا مستمدة من مسيرة كونز التي استمرت أربعة عقود وتنقسم إلى 16 معرضًا.
