Chef Andrei Gâlceavă prepares a 3-course dinner conceived as an extension of the conversation, and the menu follows the same philosophy — a subtle reinterpretation of the familiar, where tradition is refined and brought into the present with balance and precision. 🍱
Raised in a Romanian-Tatar family, Andrei Gâlceavă was exposed to culinary diversity from an early age, his mother being a cook. He spent his teenage years in France, where he further developed his passion for gastronomy. With over 15 years of experience in kitchens across France and Romania, he is currently the resident chef at Hotel Europa Royale.
