Sunt recunoscătoare că am ajuns la Cannes și că am avut ocazia să creez o rochie pentru Giulia Nahmany.
M-am bucurat enorm să pot sta de vorbă cu Cristian Mungiu — un om profund, extraordinar de deschis, cald și zâmbitor. Pentru mine, acestea sunt calități foarte importante. Indiferent unde ajungem și cât succes avem, cred că este esențial să rămânem umani, deschiși și sinceri în fața vieții și a oamenilor.
Am simțit în el un om care trăiește prin talent și care recunoaște talentul. Iar Giulia a avut o energie extraordinară venind către mine pentru a crea această rochie specială pentru covorul roșu. Parcă am simțit amândouă, încă de la început, că va fi un moment special.
Îi mulțumesc Giuliei și îi mulțumesc lui Cristian Mungiu pentru acest prim voiaj al meu la Cannes. A fost un moment cu multă emoție, bucurie și împlinire — și simt să împărtășesc asta cu tine astăzi
