Paint Your Passion is a project developed by Mono Shoes, a custom shoes manufacturer,
and Tango Timisoara, an association dedicated to tango dancers. The idea of creating unique tango shoes was inspired by the dancers themselves, as they always search to express the most emotional parts of their personalities during our encounters. The tango dancers were invited to handpaint pieces of leather with
special paint, during a sunny afternoon in Kafe Klapka where 18 people put their imagination in creating unique “paintings”. After a month, a collection of tango shoes, both for men and women, emerged from Mono’s workshop. Each of the shoe pairs were unique. Three more editions of Paint Your Passion, followed, one in Cluj, during Tango Cazino festival, and two in Timisoara. Every time, more dancers joined the creative community
of Paint Your Passion artists.
