After lengthy thoughts and discussion, Zimbabwe Fashion International has made the difficult decision not to stage Zimbabwe Fashion Week (ZFW) in 2019. Zimbabwe is currently dealing with significant challenges, which in turn have had an impact on Zimbabwe Fashion Week.

and GTAXI is deeply saddened and we would like to express our heartfelt condolences for the tragic loss of life and suffering emanating from Cyclone Idai.

Our empathy is with all those whose lives have been affected.

The Chimanimani Hotel has opened its doors to those affected by Cyclone Idai and is kindly appealing for LP Gas, water and blankets.

Chimanimani needs:
1. Tents (to give housing to those whose homes were destroyed by landslides)
2. Blankets
3. Clothes (Warm clothing)
4. Buckets
5. Food (Non-Perishables)
6. Hygiene Articles (Sanitary pads, soap, etc.)
7. Pots

The Sp_ce will be standing as a drop-off point for donations from any of our customers and well-wishers, which we will deliver daily to the crisis collection centre at ‘Miracle Mission Trust’.

You are also welcome to purchase food packs from ‘Tenga 4 Wena’ that they will deliver to ‘Miracle Mission Trust’ by Tuesday. Delivery for Chimanimani is planned for Wednesday.
