To place an order:

Drop us a personal message which includes your name, your contact details, address, the name of the item, size, quantity and preferred mode of delivery. To avoid any miscommunication or misunderstanding, it will be good to provide screenshots of the items you would like to purchase. Step 2:
Once your order has been captured, you will receive a confirmation of order t
ogether with the breakdown of the total price from us within the next 24 hours. Step 3:
To confirm your order, payment must be made within 24 hours unless otherwise indicated. For pre-order, kindly place a 50% deposit in order to secure the items. Once payment has been made, kindly take a screenshot of the transaction receipt and send it to us via PM or Whatsapp. Mode of payment is strictly by internet banking only. Step 4:
Once your item is ready for delivery, we will inform you immediately. Kindly take note that we will not be responsible for any wrong orders made by the buyer or any damages made by the buyer him/herself. All items are carefully check for damages and stains before sending it out. Should there be any discrepancies, we would appreciate that buyers can private message us and settle it amicably instead of abusing or defaming one's reputation. DO take note that the RECOMMENDED mode of delivery is via registered mail and not normal mail. We will not take any responsibility for any missing mail.
