Thank you for your support all these years.
We were unfortunately issued a recall order by SFA for the following items due to excessive arsenic levels in the rice content.
1. Baby cereal puree whitebait and pumpkin (Affected batch with expiry dated 15/9/23)
2. Baby cereal puree whitebait and sweet potato (Affected batch with expiry dated 15/9/23)
If you have the batch of products with the affected date of expiry, please do not hesitate to contact us for a refund. We also advise customers to immediately stop the consumption of the affected products.
Other products not listed above and cereal products that are not dated with the expiry 15/6/23 are not affected by the recall order. SFA has taken from us various cereal samples from different batches for testing.
We would like to offer our most sincere apologies.
Lastly, we would like to also thank all our customers for your kind and supportive words with regards to this incident. As parents ourselves, we will continue to strive to create the best quality products for our children.
