No more UNC notes to be exchanged during CNY. Good to be environmentally friendly as most UNC notes get destroyed after getting deposited back to the bank after CNY. Demand to reissue the notes isn't that high as we are also moving to a cashless society.

But a great thing to note is that new low/solid number sets will be lesser from now on (or already is) due to lesser prints. So the value of these sets will go up!

SINGAPORE - Members of the public who want to do their part in protecting the environment from unnecessary emissions will soon find fit-for-gifting notes more readily available for the upcoming Chinese New Year.
