This means that you should receive your items as early as mid of next week. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience during this period.

To all my dear Ahjuma seeking your items from Korea, Lai aunty Leune explain to you ok. Majority of the May items has arrived in our SG warehouse a week ago, even your toothpaste. Due to the current transition we have now and shifting of offices, the new logistics team is facing a overwhelmed volume of shipment from Japan Korea and Thailand. The Thailand items sold by me previously (snacks, pillows, sauces) are backlog, which the team is trying hard to clear.

As much as I understand all the 70s year old frustration because no one is responding, aunty here would like to seek all my Ahjuma understanding during this 1-2 weeks period. Don’t worry all your items are not missing, it’s just waiting in queue to be send out to you.

Hope this love letter would bring down ur anger for the time being ok.
