Just few days back in morning, while having a business conversation, I was asked "What is your team size? How many decision-makers do you have in the company? To so many questions, while I was just about to reply "ME, MYSELF", I hold back myself and thought "Am I the decision-maker?" While I might appear in the front show at Artisaga, It is these Artisans who are actually working to grow Artisaga. They equally understand the struggle of growing a startup and work hand in hand with me to build this business for them.

In my reply, I stated "We are a team of 30 master craftsmen with all of us as the decision maker and the only power I bring in to the table is of generating leads for the business.

I hope to bring them all to a board room meeting soon!
