When Ritual becomes wearable.

I took a trip back to my roots this year.
Back to where my parents, grandparents, and ancestors come from. To see, experience, and understand fragments of a life and culture that now quietly exist alongside the earth.

The mountains have always held a special place in my heart. Over the years, especially after starting Ajibyaru, I felt a growing pull to return. To learn about a culture I belong to, yet never lived within. To observe, to listen, and to hold space for stories carried through old villages, wood-carved homes, and sloping grounds that face nature in its raw beauty.

This is only a small part of what I saw and felt, something that’s difficult to fully capture.
But I hope that through these moments, you’re able to sense the story behind each scene.
