Corner stitching on a minimalist watch strap looks simple—until you look closely at how it’s finished. 🧵

A common shortcut with corner stitching is burning and melting the thread ends on the exterior, leaving visible, rough melted marks that spoil the clean look.

At COZY, the thread ends are pulled through, neatly concealed inside the fold, and hammered flat with a brass mallet. No exposed melt spots, no rough edges—just a clean, seamless finish that stays locked in place.

It’s a subtle detail, but on a minimalist strap, the small details are everything.

Giving a well-loved story a second life 🧵

A client brought in his heavily worn biker long wallet with a simple request: rebuild the entire piece using fresh leather, but keep his original brass concho button and zipper hardware.

I completely dismantled the original, created fresh templates from the panels, and rebuilt the entire wallet using Vintage 402 leather—staying as faithful to the original design and architecture as possible.

Some hardware carries too much history to replace. Now it’s ready for the next decade on the road.
