I understand that many of you are concerned about the recent news.
First of all, I’m not ignoring this issue or trying to hide from it. I’ve already contacted the supplier in Thailand to seek clarification.
Based on the information I received, Singapore HSA has strict regulations, and many products that are allowed in other countries may not be approved for sale in Singapore. These products may still have valid FDA registration or authorization issued by their own country’s regulatory authorities.
For customers who purchased C9 Pills from me (only the recent batches), if you no longer feel comfortable with your purchase, you may contact me for a refund or shop credit. I will personally bear the financial loss.
The only thing I seek your understanding for is that the return postage cost is not refundable, as I’m only a personal buyer (代购) and I honestly don’t earn much from these products. The recent news only came out after the purchases had already been made, so I was also unaware of the situation at that time. I truly appreciate your understanding and patience.
Moving forward, in compliance with Singapore HSA’s rules and regulations, NSC will no longer be selling C9 dietary supplement pills. 🙏🏻
