RENTAL

- Rental fees inclusive: Alteration (gowns only), dry cleaning, steam ironing. Delivery/Postage is not inclusive.

- Alteration is applicable ONLY for gowns (wedding/evening) rental. No alteration for evening dresses and accessories rental.

- Upon reservation, you'll need to pay for a non-refundable deposit ( 50% of the rental fees ).

- On the day of collection, you' need to pay a security deposit and balance of rental fees ( 50% of the rental fees ).

- Security deposit is 1.5*rental fees and this is refundable upon returning in good conditions.

- No change or damage on the physical that differs from the original condition.

- No stains from blood, wine, ink, oil and any other non-removable stains upon return.

- No discoloration/pulls/torn.

- GoG reserved the right to decide the level of damage. If damage found, security deposit will be forfeited.

- You are responsible to make police report, if items are lost. Security deposit will be refunded to you with a copy of police report submitted to GoG.

- Our rental terms listed on www.wix.com/eGownShop/garden-of-gowns is for total of 5days. Collection day is considered as first day, returning day is considered as 5th day. If you need additional rental days, please arrange with GoG and it's chargeable.

- If you are renting for pre-wedding/actual wedding shooting, do let us know. Special arrangements can be made.

SELLING

- Item purchased is not refundable.

- Upon confirmation, full payment is required.

- Alteration is inclusive for selling price, and it's applicable only for gowns (wedding/evening) purchasing. No alteration for evening dresses and accessories purchasing.

- Wedding and Evening Gowns comes with full length garment bag cover.

- Support skirt "CAN-CAN"/veil/gloves will be included if needed

- For wedding/evening gowns, GoG will proceed on alteration once payment received.

- For evening dresses/accessories, doorstep delivery and collection is chargeable. Self collection at YewTee/AMK MRT stations is free of charge.

- All payments for online transactions are to be made within 24hrs upon confirmation. Priority will be given for immediate payments.

- Items will be delivered on the next working day once payment received, if no alteration is required. If alteration is required, please keep in touch with GoG to confirm delivery.

- Upon receiving your payment, please allow 3-5 working days for items to arrive.

- Free shipment (Singapore island wide only) if purchase >SGD250.
