For the past six years, we’ve had the privilege of giving well-loved shoes a new lease of life.

Every repair and recraft begins with the same question: How can we make this pair worthy of many more years of wear?

Sometimes it’s restoring what’s been lost—cleaning and re-dyeing the uppers, replacing worn straps and buckles, renewing heel linings, rebuilding welts, and replenishing the cork filling.

Other times, it’s an opportunity to elevate the original. Converting an open channel sole to a closed channel finish. Sculpting a tighter fiddleback waist from a flat profile. Pitching the heel for a more elegant stance. Small refinements, inspired by our distinctive approach to traditional shoemaking.

Every pair is treated with the same care and respect, whether it was made by us or by another maker.
