3.Registered postage is highly recommended!! We do not take responsibility for items lost through non-registered mail
4.Different monitors display colors differently, and everyone’s definition of color is not the same, thus we will not be guarantee what you see in our picture is exactly 100% same as our product. We will do our best to describe every item if they are different from our picture.
5.Full payments are required before pre-order closed.

- All packages will be delivered by Singpost.
- We highly urged everyone to opt for REGISTERED POSTAGE to prevent lost mails.
- FASHION KIOSK shall not be liable for any cases of lost mail or damaged products in the process of normal mails
- All registered articles comes with a tracking number which allows your package to be tracked via the Singpost website
- Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days from date of dispatch
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- All products sold are non-exchangeable nor returnable.
- We do not allow returns/exchanges unless a faulty item is sent out OR wrong item is received. (In such a case, we'll provide 1-to-1 exchanges in which Fashion Kiosk will bear the 2-way postage cost)
- No refunds will be made if stocks are still available for the specific product
- Returns and exchanges will only be valid within the first week from date of dispatch
- We shall not be liable for any missing parcels in the process of exchanging. NOTE
Duration for arrival of goods is subjected to supplier's conditions. The time period provided is only an estimation and items may be expected to arrive before or after the given arrival time span. Estimated duration for items to reach customers upon ordering - 2-3 weeks
