Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. Through procuring our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them
1. Payment
Internet Banking / ATM Fund Transfer
• Gorgeous.com.sg accepts only internet banking / ATM fund transfer now. Upon the checkout, you will r
eceive an email with your order number together with our bank details. Kindly complete the payment within 24 hours. Payments are in Singapore Dollars (S$). After payment has been made, please provide us the Transaction reference number, ID Nick, Date and Time of transfer and your order number. Bank Details: DBS Savings Plus

Note: For interbank fund transfers from (e.g. OCBC, UOB, CITIBANK) may take 3-5 business days for bank to complete the interbank process. We will only process your order when the money is successfully credited into our bank account.
• Once any form of payment has been made, request for cancellation of order will not be entertained.
• For this mode of payment, we will make an exception of reserving the orders for 2 days due to unforeseen circumstances i.e. I-banking device left at home/work, internet banking problems…etc.
• It is customer’s responsibility to provide relevant details (eg. Transaction reference number, ID Nick, Date and Time of transfer) to process her/his order. We will not be accountable for delays caused by insufficient/incorrect payment details.
2. Delivery
• Gorgeous.com.sg is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the items are correct and correct address has been inputted prior to making payment.
• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Gorgeous.com.sg will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer opt for normal postage.
3. Return / Exchange
• Gorgeous.com.sg apologize for mailing you a defective, incorrect or faulty item. Please kindly send an email to [email protected] with a snapshot of the item.
• The items must be returned to us within 7 days upon receipt.
• Exchange will only be allowed in its original condition (tag intact and unworn).
• Strictly no cash refund or color change unless the exact item is Out of Stock. As no cash refund is allowed, Gorgeous.com.sg will issue credit terms / points which can be used for your next purchase.
• Customers returning parcels to us must provide proof of postage like tracking number and our address indicated on the returned parcel. It would be better to send via registered mail or courier with tracking number.
• Postages incurred for sending the items back to us with be borne by buyer and the items we sent back to buyers after following up on the respective issues will be borne by us, the seller. Simply, buyer pays for the postage and send back the items to us and we pay for the postage and send them the items to them after rectifiying the issues.
4. Products
• Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
