PAYMENT
Payment has to be made within 24 hours from time of invoice sent. Priority is given to payments within 24 hours unless an extension is requested
Please drop us an email after payment made. Payment should be made to POSB Savings account number 274-08058-2 using either one of the payment method below.
- DBS/POSB Internet Transfer (I-BANKING (Please provide Account number)
- DBS/POSB ATM Transfer (Please attach a snapshot of your receipt)
Payment received will be acknowledged within 24 hrs via email

Dispatch of your items
Normal mail or Registered mail
All packages will be dispatched within 3 working days after payment has been verified
We strongly urge you to opt for registered postage to prevent lost mails via normal postage
Skinnybonnie will not be liable for any lost mails sent using normal postage
For Singapore Shipment:
Normal Mail Charges - $1.50
Registered Mail Charges - $3.50
(An additional of $0.50 per subsequent item)
For Overseas Shipment, amount will be calculated accordingly.

No Exchange & No Refund Policy
Do note that all goods are checked and ensured to be in prime condition before dispatching.
- Strictly no exchange/refunds will be entertained for items sold
- Exchanges are only allowed when item is send out wrongly
- Skinnybonnie is not responsible for the damage caused by Post Office's rough handling
- Due to studio lighting, color may vary slightly. For Defected Item:
In any case of defected item, a one to one exchange will be allowed. If item is out of stock a full refund/credit will be given.
- Whether item is eligible or 'defected' enough to exchange will be determined based on discretion by staff of SkinnyBonnie. An email has to be send to [email protected] within 7 days upon receiving of item(s). A snapshot of defected area has to be included in the email. Item have to be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact should it come with it. Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected duly.
