In the month of Syawal, we would like to wish our dearest clients Eid Mubarak.

For those who have custom tailor their Eid outfits with us, we would like to thank you for your trust and confidence. We are not perfect and I truly apologise from my end for those clients who are less than pleased with our work or services. I hope you appreciate our efforts to provide service recovery.

However, I am glad to have made many of other clients satisfied and happy and seeing most of the outfits out and about on 1st Syawal. Thank you for sending us pictures and making me smile even during my "crunch-time" moments. Those who made us coffee or tea to bring along when we were busy delivering the outfits, those who made sure we had a little bit to fill our tummies while on the road, please rest assured that every bit of your kind action is reciprocated with a little prayer from us.

Thank you for being a part of my learning journey. It is an unforeseen steep journey. Especially when we saw an unexpected influx of orders towards our closing date (and would be very hard to close an open flood gate). I probably learn the most during the last 3 to 4 months than I did in my 10 years that Her Closet was set up.

We are definitely working on being better. New business processes and new ideas and reworks are definitely in the pipelines. Insya Allah. Whatever good comes from Him and whatever is otherwise comes from myself.

Announcing our Last Call for Eid Tailor Mate orders by 5th June. We will no longer take anymore made-to-measure orders as we will need to focus on administrative work and deliveries.

Please also be informed that Tailor Mate no longer do house visits regardless of quantity of order or alterations.

As part of my job, I will ask for my client's full name and address. They will reply "Ain" or "Nurul" or "Nani" or "Siti". Many finds it amusing if I ask for their full name with their dad.
To date, we have 6 Nurul. Among them are 2 Ains, 4 Sitis and numerous Nurs. So help me okay. Because it will really help in my tracking. 🙃

Many find it hard to believe that we are capable of taking large orders. We have collected 350 orders so far, delivered a little more than 100 outfits. Another 100 in the process. And probably 150 sitting in my home office.

I am still able to take more and see to your orders. But I think it is about time my children have some proper rest at the comfort of their home. It's time i work on packing the orders. I have deliveries to coordinate with my delivery guys.

So, UNLESS it is a big order of more than 4 suits, we will head down to your location because we know how terribly troublesome it is to lug around your materials. For those who have 4 outfits or less, our doors are open to welcome you
