Just because.
Just to say, “I’m thinking of you.”
Just to make someone smile.

You don’t always need a special occasion to send flowers.

One thing I’ve learnt after years of working with fresh flowers…

They were never meant to be perfect.

Sometimes a petal has a tiny bruise. Sometimes a leaf has a small tear. One bloom may open faster than the rest. A stem might even grow in a funny direction.

And honestly?

That’s what makes them beautiful.

Fresh flowers are living things. They’ve grown through sun, rain, wind, been harvested, packed and travelled before reaching us. A few little imperfections are completely normal.

As florists, we always handpick the freshest, best-quality blooms. But fresh flowers are grown by nature, not made in a factory. A tiny imperfection here and there is simply part of what makes them real.

So the next time you spot a tiny flaw, don’t let it distract you from the beauty of the whole bouquet.

Because the flowers with the most character are often the ones I love the most.

A beautiful bouquet is about colour harmony, proportions, movement and thoughtful flower selection.

Just like a beautifully designed home isn’t filled with furniture, an elegant bouquet isn’t always the biggest one in the room.

Sometimes, less creates more impact. 😉
