ARJ Studio, a Bangkok vicinity-based practice design, was established by a group of Apprentices of Rangsit university and Janejud Sri-aroon, with the similar objectives to provide various ranges of design services and related activities.

New Central Services & Utility Complex. SWU Hospital.

A new 42,000 square meter central plant expansion project is accommodated with nutrition & facility center, central canteen and retail shops, 800 car parks, supporting an existing 24/7 operational hospital of M/E services and provision future phase of new excellent center.
The project entail with fully services equipment’s; chilled/condenser water, high pressure steam plant. Additionally, it included emergency power plant, bulk oxygen and nitrogen services for primary service generators and standby service to steam boilers. The major services were also designed with N+1 redundancy.

Background

ARJ Studio, a Bangkok based practice design, was established by a group of Apprentices of Rangsit university and Janejud Sri-aroon, with the similar objectives to provide various ranges of design services and related activities. ARJ Studio also provides counseling on the feasibility and viability for clients from development and management until the successful completion.

The aesthetics of ARJ Studio have grown out of the attitudes and ideals; we tailor our services to the particular needs and characteristic of each project. The internal organization of the office enables us to create a dedicated project team to service each of our clients. This assures each project continuity, quality control, as well as providing accountability for the result. With experienced and energetic staffs, ARJ Studio is working with design proposals for a wide range of significant projects. Our specialty is not limited as for residential, institutional and urban planning, but we also work with commercial buildings, offices and resort hotels. In addition we often challenge ourselves by participating in various design competitions. Many of our projects were received design awards by national and international institutions and were published through local and international media and journals
