แบรนด์ อยู่ดี เป็นแบรนด์ที่รวบรวมช่างฝีมือคนพิการที่มีพรสวรรค์ด้านการทำงานไม้จากโครงการ Life must go on ของโอสถสภา ซึ่งร่วมสร้างอาชีพ รายได้ และพลังใจที่จะก้าวต่อไป สมาชิกของโครงการที่ร่วมรังสรรค์ผลงานให้แบรนด์อยู่ดีทั้งสี่ ได้แก่

The handicapped artist who crafts wooden furniture

Yoo Dee brand brings together talented handicapped craftsmen from Osotspa's Life must go on project to create careers, income and willpower to move on. There 4 members that contributed to the brand:

1. Somphan Sannguen
2. Chaiwichit Thanuthong
3. Wilai Lamsombat
4. Chula Srikamphon

Today, let's get to know the first member.

Mr. Somphan joined the project in 2018 after an accident from work that causes paralysis of the lower extremities. At present, Mr. Somphan has trained to become a woodworking artist specializing in both small and large works and takes pride in the profession and every piece of work that he made with his own effort by heart.

เฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้ของแบรนด์ “อยู่ดี” ทำมาจากไม้แท้ 3 ชนิดด้วยกันคือ ไม้สัก ไม้พาเลท และไม้สน

วันนี้เราจะมาแนะนำวิธีการดูแลเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้สัก ให้ดูสวยและใช้งานได้ยืนยาวคู่บ้านคุณ

5 เทคนิคการดูแลเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้สัก:

1. ควรทำความสะอาดเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้สักด้วยผ้าเนื้อนุ่มชุบน้ำบิดหมาดๆ
และผึ่งลมให้แห้งหลังเช็ดเสร็จ เพื่อช่วยลดความชื้นในเนื้อไม้ ไม่ให้
ไม้บวมและคงสภาพดังเดิม

2. หากมีรอยขีดข่วน ให้ใช้น้ำมันชักเงาเช็ดที่บริเวณรอยขีดข่วนนั้น
หลายๆ ครั้ง รอยจะจางหายไปได้

3. ลบรอยคราบเป็นวง โดยใช้กระดาษซับแบบหนาวางทับบนคราบ แล้ว
ใช้เตารีดเปิดไฟปานกลางวางนาบลง ทำซ้ำจนกว่ารอยจะหายไป
หรือเช็ดด้วยสำลีชุบน้ำมันการบูร

4. เมื่อเฟอร์นิเจอร์ถูกน้ำเป็นเวลานาน ให้เช็ดทำความสะอาดและผึ่งลม
ให้แห้งสนิทก่อน (ใช้วิธีเปิดหน้าต่างและพัดลม) ไม่แนะนำให้นำไป
ตากแดดทันทีเพราะอาจทำให้ไม้เกิดการบิดงอ หลังจากนั้นจึง
สามารถซ่อมแซ่มส่วนที่เสียหายโดยขัดผิวเดิมออก แล้วจึงทาสีและ
ลงแล็กเกอร์ใหม่

5. ลบรอยเปื้อนเกาะแน่นหรือรอยขูดขนาดใหญ่ โดยใช้กระดาษทราย
เบอร์ละเอียดที่สุดค่อยๆ ขัดเบาๆ เพื่อลบรอยเปื้อนหรือรอยขูด จาก
นั้นลงขี้ผึ้งเคลือบซ้ำให้เสมอกับส่วนอื่นๆ และเช็ดด้วยผ้าแห้ง

The wooden furniture of the brand "Yoodee" is made from 3 types of real wood: teak, pallet and pine.

Today, we will introduce how to take care of teak furniture and maintain its’ last long beauty.

5 Techniques for Teak Furniture Care:

1. Cleaning: Teak furniture should be cleaned with a soft cloth
dampened with water and air dry after wiping. This will help
fan out the moist in the wood and prevent wood from
swollen, while maintaining its original condition.

2. If there is a scratch: Use varnish to wipe the scratched area
several times until faded.

3. Remove circle stains: Place thick blotting paper over the
stained area and iron the area at medium heat. Repeat until
the mark disappears or wipe with a cotton ball moistened
with camphor oil.

4. When the furniture is exposed to water for a long time:
Wipe clean and allow to dry completely beforehand
(through air dry or fan). It is not recommended to sit it in
the sun immediately, as it may warp the wood. After it’s
completely dried, the damaged part can be repaired by
scrubbing off the original surface then repainting and re-
applying a new lacquer.

5. Remove stubborn stains or large scratches: Use the finest
sandpaper to gently remove any smudges or scrapes. Then
apply the wax coating evenly and wipe with a dry cloth.
