• รูปทรงหลังคา เลือกใช้หลังคาทรงปั้นหยาที่มีคุณสมบัติแข็งแรงทนทาน ระบายน้ำฝนได้ดี และสามารถต้านทานแรงลมในพื้นที่ริมน้ำ
• การออกแบบงานระบบ คำนึงถึงการเก็บงานระบบให้เรียบร้อย โดยออกแบบให้เสาของอาคารทำหน้าที่ซ่อนท่อระบายน้ำ เพื่อความสวยงามและลดการรบกวนทัศนียภาพ

- ขั้นตอนพัฒนาแบบก่อสร้าง
การออกแบบนี้คือ การผสานระบบระบายน้ำเข้ากับงานสถาปัตยกรรม เพื่อยกระดับความงามของรูปทรงอาคารให้ดูสมบูรณ์และสวยงาม

เพื่อให้การเก็บงานท่อระบายน้ำเป็นไปอย่างเรียบร้อยและสวยงาม ผู้ออกแบบได้ดีไซน์ให้ใช้ เสาอิฐก่อ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงานตกแต่งอาคาร (Decorative Columns) ซึ่งสร้างเอกลักษณ์ที่น่าจดจำให้กับตัวบ้าน โดยเฉพาะการเกิด ซุ้มทางเดิน (Portico) ที่ทอดยาวบริเวณชานหน้าบ้านและชานหลังบ้าน

สำหรับหลังคาชั้นสอง ได้เลือกใช้แนวทางการระบายน้ำฝนแบบ ไร้รางน้ำ เพื่อให้เส้นสายหลังคาดูเรียบ สะอาดตา และคงความงามตามธรรมชาติไว้ โดยน้ำฝนจะถูกปล่อยให้ระบายลงสู่หลังคาคอนกรีตของชั้นหนึ่งโดยตรง (Natural Drainage) ก่อนจะถูกนำเข้าสู่ระบบท่อน้ำส่งลงสู่ บ่อพักระบายน้ำ (Manhole) ของอาคารอย่างเป็นระเบียบ ทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่างานระบบระบายน้ำจะถูกเก็บซ่อนไว้อย่างเรียบร้อยที่สุด

ผู้ออกแบบมุ่งเน้นให้อาคารมี รูปทรงรวม (Mass) ที่ดู สะอาดและเรียบง่าย (Clean Mass) เพื่อขับเน้นให้ วัสดุที่เลือกใช้ มีความโดดเด่นอย่างเต็มที่

การออกแบบนี้ยังเป็นงานที่ ผสมผสานระหว่างตะวันตกและตะวันออก อย่างลงตัว โดยเราจะเห็นภาพความสง่างามจากเสาตกแต่งที่มีขนาดใหญ่และทางเดินที่ยาวสะท้อนความเป็นตะวันตก ในขณะที่องค์ประกอบของอาคารชั้นสองยังคงไว้ซึ่ง ความเป็นสถาปัตยกรรมพื้นถิ่นไทย ที่อ่อนช้อยและเป็นมิตรกับบริบทโดยรอบ

The core of this design is the integration of the drainage system with the architectural design to fully enhance the beauty and integrity of the building’s form.

To ensure that the drainage piping is neatly and aesthetically finished, the designer utilized brick masonry columns as decorative architectural columns (Pilasters). This creates a memorable identity for the house, particularly through the formation of arched walkways (Porticos) extending across both the front and rear verandas.

For the second-floor roof, a gutterless (or raingutter-free) approach was selected for rainwater drainage, ensuring the rooflines remain clean, uncluttered, and naturally beautiful. The rainwater is allowed to drain directly onto the first-floor concrete roof slab (via Natural Drainage). The water is then channeled through piping into the building's manholes, ensuring that the entire drainage system is tidily concealed.

The designer’s focus was on giving the building a clean, minimalist massing (Clean Mass) to allow the chosen materials to stand out prominently.

Furthermore, the design is a seamless fusion of Western and Eastern (Oriental) styles. This blend is evident in the grand scale of the large decorative columns and the long walkways, which reflect Western architectural elements, while the second-floor architecture retains a distinct Thai vernacular (or local/traditional Thai) character, making it graceful and harmonious with the surrounding context.

The Simple เป็นโครงการ ทาวน์โฮม 3 1/2 ชั้น ที่ถูกออกแบบคำนึงถึงเรื่องของการรองรับกิจกรรม โฮมออฟฟิศ มีการจัดสรรพื้นที่ในอาคารเป็นสัดส่วนของแต่ละชั้นให้เป็นออฟฟิศได้ จึงเกิดแนวคิดที่ว่าแต่ละชั้นของอาคารต้องมีบรรยกาศการทำงานที่ดี การที่ได้นั่งทำงานใกล้กับพื้นที่สีเขียว ทำให้เกิดการนำความสดชื่นและความคิดสร้างสรรค์มาสู่ผู้ใช้งานโครงการ และการระบายอากาศได้ของอาคารหรืออาคารหายใจได้ อากาศที่ถ่ายเทได้ ทำให้เกิดภาวะสบายจากลมธรรมชาติ เกิดการประหยัดพลังงาน

ธีมในการออกแบบ อยากให้อาคารมีความ simple หรือเรียบง่ายที่สุด จึงใช้สีขาวเป็นสีหลักในการออกแบบ และให้ตัดกับสีเขียวซึ่งเป็นสีของธรรมชาติ ที่จะเห็นจากรูปด้านอาคาร และมี facade ระแนงเหล็กสีขาวที่ช่วยพลางตาในส่วนของ private area และช่วยลดความร้อนของอาคารแต่ยังให้แสงธรรมชาติส่องเข้าไปได้ ไฮไลท์หลักของอาคารคือด้านหน้าจะเห็นกระถางต้นไม้ที่สามารถปลูกต้นไม้ใหญ่ ทำให้ ทาวน์โฮมที่มีพื้นที่จำกัด มีต้นไม้ใหญ่ และจะให้บรรยกาศชั้นพื้นที่สีเขียวในชั้น 3 และชั้นสุดท้าย
การออกแบบเน้น pure form ที่ไม่เน้นการตกแต่งให้ทุก element ของอาคารเกิดประโยชน์มากที่สุด

The Simple is a 3.5-storey townhouse project designed with a focus on supporting home-office lifestyles. Each floor has been thoughtfully allocated to accommodate office functions, leading to the concept that every level should foster a productive work environment. The presence of greenery within close proximity to workspaces introduces freshness and creativity for users, while the building’s breathable design enhances natural ventilation, contributing to thermal comfort and energy efficiency.

The design theme aims for simplicity—“simple” in its purest architectural sense. White is chosen as the primary color, reflecting clarity and minimalism, while green elements from nature are used to create contrast and vitality, visible through the building elevations. A white metal louver façade screens private areas, providing privacy and solar shading while still allowing natural light to pe*****te the interior.

A key highlight of the project is the use of large planter boxes at the front façade, allowing the growth of sizeable trees within a limited space. This transforms a compact townhouse into a place with meaningful green space, particularly on the third and top floors, where greenery becomes a central experience.

บ้านที่ตั้งอยู่กลางสวนมะม่วง ในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา การออกแบบงานในครั้งนี้คำนึงถึงรูปแบบวิถีชีวิตเดิมของเจ้าของโครงการ การออกแบบจึงมาในลักษณะ บ้านที่มีกลิ่นอายความเป็นบ้านแบบเดิมที่มีการยกใต้ถุงสูงและการถ่ายเทอากาศที่ดีลมผ่านเข้าออกได้ และมีความร่วมสมัยกับงานสถาปัตยกรรมท้องถิ่นเดิม (contemporary) การวางตำแหน่งการใช้งานต่าง ๆ ที่อยู่ตามทิศทางของ แดด ลม ฝน และบริบทโดยรอบ โดยจุดไฮไลท์หลักของบ้านหลังนี้จะเป็นพื้นที่ common area ที่จะอยู่ในตำแหน่งกลางบ้านที่มีฝ้าเพดานที่สูงโปร่งเพื่อให้เหมือนลักษณะใต้ถุนบ้าน และทำให้พื้นที่ดังกล่าวไม่กักเก็บความร้อน และมีระเบียงที่สามรถวางไม้ใบได้ที่เจ้าของชื่นชอบและปลูกไว้สามารถนำมาจัดเรียง และยังเปิดวิวที่ด้านทิศเหนือจะเห็นต้นมะขามแบบเต็มต้นตั้งตระหง่าน ทำให้พื้นที่ตรงนี้มีความเขียวจากธรรมชาติที่ทำให้บ้านดูมีชีวิตชีวา การออกแบบให้ตรงไปตรงมาและหยิบยืมบริบทพื้นที่ #สร้างบ้านฉะเชิงเทรา #ออกแบบบ้าน

site survey วันนี้มานำเสนองานและเห็นการเรียงอิฐมอญปูพื้นของเจ้าของโครงการที่กำลังดำเนินการอยู่มีเทคนิคน่าสนใจ ให้มิติและรูปแบบที่ดูไม่น่าเบื่อแสงตกกระทบกับผิวสัมผัสของอิฐ ที่ดูเข้ากับบรรยากาศมีดอกพิกุลสีส้มคล้ายสีอิฐมอญร่วงโรยอยู่ในพื้นที่ตัดกับสีของหญ้ามาเลยเซีย ทำให้เกิดภาพจำและบรรยากาศในสวนที่รื่นรมย์
เสน่ห์ของพื้นที่โครงการนี่คือการหยิบยืมบริบทโดยรอบที่เป็นบรรยากาศบ้านสวนให้เกิดความสอดคล้องเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกันกับอาคาร การนำเสนองานจึงดำเนินการไปในรูปแบบแมททีเรียลที่ให้มีความเป็น ธรรมชาติ,ผิวสัมผัสจริง,โทนสีเอิร์ธโทน เกิดการใช้งานที่ให้ความต่อเนื่องจากภายในสู่ภายนอก

Site Survey Today
During today’s site survey, we presented our work and observed an interesting brick paving technique implemented by the project owner. The method created depth and variation, making the surface visually engaging. As sunlight hit the textured brick surface, it blended seamlessly with the atmosphere. Scattered across the area were orange Pikul flowers, their hue reminiscent of the bricks, contrasting beautifully against the lush Malaysia grass. This created a memorable scene and a serene garden ambiance.

The charm of this project lies in borrowing elements from the surrounding rural garden setting, ensuring harmony between the architecture and its environment. Our presentation focused on materials that emphasize natural qualities, authentic textures, and earthy tones, fostering a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
