ทุกครั้งที่มาเอากระเป๋าและรองเท้าที่ซ่อมไว้ รบกวนบอกเบอร์โทรศัพท์ที่ร้านขอตอนที่ลูกค้านําของมาซ่อมก่อนนะครับ เพื่อความปลอดภัยและของสูญหายครับ ถ้าไม่บอกเบอร์โทรทางร้านจะไม่ให้ของกับลูกค้าไปนะครับ

Every time you come to pick up your repaired bags or shoes, please provide the phone number you gave when you brought the items in for repair. This is for safety and to prevent loss. If you do not provide the phone number, the shop will not be able to return the items to you.

การเข้ามารับกระเป๋าหรือรองเท้าต้องบอก เบอร์โทรกับทางร้านก่อนว่าตรงกับที่ลูกค้าบอกเบอร์โทรตอนนํามาซ่อมหรือไม่ ทางร้านจึงจะสามารถให้ของที่ซ่อมกับทางลูกค้าได้ เพื่อกรณีของสูญหายหรือให้ของผิดคนไปครับ
