Before & After 🌿🏗️

Last year, this was simply an open piece of land under the tropical sun.

Today, the shape of Turquoise Mall is becoming more visible with every passing week. The structures are gradually taking form every day.

Progress is not always dramatic. Sometimes it happens quietly, step by step, detail by detail. But when you look back, the transformation speaks for itself.

Every beam, every roofline, and every shaded corner is being created with the people of Sakhu in mind. Our goal has always been to build more than a community mall. We want to create a welcoming place where neighbors can meet, families can spend time together, and everyday life becomes a little more convenient and enjoyable.

Slowly, steadily, and with care, Turquoise is coming to life.

Some days everything goes exactly according to plan.
Some days... it doesn't.

Construction is full of surprises, and yesterday was one of those days when our team had to put in a few extra hours to stay on schedule.

Rain, unexpected challenges, and changing conditions are all part of building something worthwhile. What matters most is having a team that's ready to adapt, solve problems, and keep moving forward.

A huge thank you to everyone on site for the dedication and positive spirit. Every late evening brings us one step closer to welcoming you to Turquoise.

Sakhu is Growing. But Daily Convenience is Still Limited.

New residential projects are rising quickly in the area. More families and international residents are moving in. Yet many still need to travel significant distances for shopping, dining, and everyday services.
This is why we are developing a community mall in Sakhu. It will serve three important groups: the growing international and expat community, new residents from upcoming projects, and local Thai people who form the foundation of the area. All are valued customers.
The mall will provide local access to essential retail, food options, and gathering spaces. This will reduce travel time and support daily needs as Sakhu expands in 2027 and beyond.

We are truly inspired watching the building slowly rise and gradually take its beautiful form.
There is still a lot of work ahead, but we are proud of how much has already been accomplished. Step by step, day by day, we are getting closer to our goal.
