Londra da London College of Fashion ve ardindan Paris Parsons School of Design da egitim aldi. Stella McCartney, Amanda Wakeley gibi dünyaca ünlü tasarımcılarla çalıştıktan sonra 2007 yılında Türkiye’ye dönerek Yeditepe Üniversitesi moda tekstil tasarimi bölümünden mezun olan tasarımcı, kariyerine Vakko’da devam etti ve önemli markalara stil danışmanlığı yaptı. Tasarımla derinlemesine bütünleşmeye

karar verdikten sonra 2009 yılında Çukurcuma’da kendi özel butik atölyesini kurdu. Beste Gürel, müşterilerinin vücut ve kişilik yapılarına uygun tasarımlar yapmayı sürdürmektedir.
