Award-winning designer; Lynette Headley-Atherley of Tehillah Designs and Variety Ltd, the president of Fashion Entrepreneurs Trinidad and Tobago (FETT), is an established designer who has been creating garments for men and women for over thirty years. Her triple-pronged approach to her craft has brought satisfaction to all of her customers over the years. A master at altering fabric surfaces with hand painting and tie-dye, combined with her skills in garment construction, Lynette makes her clients to stand out at events.
Lynette has represented her brand at many local, regional and international events. One of her most memorable achievements happened in 2016, when she won a Canadian High Commission sponsored prize, which saw being a designer in residence in Winnipeg, Canada for three months, and culminated in her being given the keys to the city of Winnipeg.
Lynette’s list of accomplishments includes sharing the stage with designers at Tobago Fashion Week and other events as both creative director and designer and her creations have adorned many local beauty queens over the years. Creative, strong and driven, Lynette is a woman who believes in and supports the local garment manufacturing industry. Her mission is to educate and build a cadre of creatives in garment construction industry.
