ΔDesignArt 2026 設計藝術展會，亞洲藝術與工藝設計的循聲
「空間」、「文化」與「人」
構築出當代設計與藝術的核心語境。隨著科技進展與時代更迭，不同族群在流動與交會中生成新的文化形態與生活方式，使設計不再只是形式語言，而成為理解世界的方式。當代藝術與設計於此交織融合，逐步形成一種跨越地域與世代的全新視覺語彙。
「Δ DesignArt 2026」設計藝術展將於台灣南港老爺行旅 The Place Taipei 舉辦藝術論壇，聚焦亞洲韓國、印尼與日本三地的文化語境，探討在不同歷史與社會脈絡下，工藝傳承如何與當代藝術發展相互作用，並持續影響三個世代之間的文化認同與創作實踐。
本屆展會進一步深化「行為性」與「當下性」的設計觀點，使視覺不僅是呈現結果，更成為創作過程中行動與感知的痕跡。南港老爺行旅作為展演載體，則以其介於旅宿與公共空間之間的特質，營造出設計與日常生活交錯的場域，使觀展體驗延伸為一種流動的生活敘事。
韓國獨立策展人趙惠暎（Hyeyoung Cho）長期活躍於國際策展領域，並擔任被譽為「工藝界奧斯卡」的 LOEWE Foundation Craft Prize 韓國評審委員。同時，她亦深度參與韓國工藝與當代藝術發展脈絡，推動多項跨文化策展計畫。其中，她曾參與將工業遺址轉化為文化場域的再生實踐，使煙草工廠轉型為亞洲最大工藝雙年展「清州國際工藝雙年展 Cheongju Craft Biennale」的重要展區之一，為工業空間注入新的文化生命。
本次展會亦將特設其相關展間與脈絡展示，進一步拓展亞洲工藝與當代設計的對話維度。同時，清州國際工藝雙年展執行委員會委員長卞光燮（Byeon Gwang-sub）亦將親自來台出席開幕活動，並進行導覽分享，使本次展覽在國際交流層面上更具深度與份量。

“Space,” “culture,” and “people”
shape the core language of contemporary design and art. As technology and society evolve, cultures continue to shift and intersect, giving rise to new ways of living and creating. In this process, design moves beyond form and style to become a way of understanding the world, where art and design merge into a shared visual language across regions and generations.
Δ DesignArt 2026 will be held at The Place Taipei in Nangang, hosting an art forum that brings together Korea, Indonesia, and Japan. The exhibition explores how craft traditions evolve within different cultural and historical contexts, and how they continue to shape creative practice and cultural identity across generations.
This edition focuses on “action” and “the present moment,” where visuals become traces of making and perception rather than static outcomes. As a hybrid space between hotel and public venue, The Place Taipei creates an environment where design blends into everyday life, turning the exhibition into a flowing experience.
Korean curator Hyeyoung Cho is active internationally and serves as a Korean jury member for the LOEWE Foundation Craft Prize. Her work focuses on contemporary craft and cross-cultural curating. She has also contributed to the transformation of industrial sites into cultural spaces in Korea, including a to***co factory repurposed as a key venue for the Cheongju Craft Biennale, one of Asia’s largest craft biennales.
A dedicated section of the exhibition will present her curatorial context, further expanding dialogue between Asian craft and contemporary design. Byeon Gwang-sub, Chairman of the Cheongju Craft Biennale Executive Committee, will attend the opening and offer a guided introduction, strengthening the event’s international presence.
