竇騰璜+張李玉菁 BiAS概念店 是由知名建築/空間設計師 陸希傑 設計，結合了前衛藝術感及高雄港都城市特有的「鋼鐵工業」發展背景的屬地文化，與所在地域做連結。

BiAS概念來自於1920年代被譽為Queen of Bias的Madeleine Vionnet，並被高級時裝廣泛運用的斜邊剪裁技法(bias-cut)，斜裁被認為是改變服裝設計史的重要元素； BIAS同時也具有「偏見」之意，偏見是人類與生俱有的，也是成為個人風格的一個重要因素。
