這幾天，
一直有人問我：
「40 歲生日最難忘的是什麼？」
我想了很久。
不是收到多少禮物，
也不是辦了一場多盛大的派對
而是發現，
原來有這麼多人，
願意花時間、花心思，
一起為我的 40 歲留下回憶
每一則訊息、
每一句生日快樂、
每一份禮物、
每一個擁抱，
我都收到了
謝謝你們讓我知道，
真正值得珍藏的，
從來不是生日這一天，
而是那些因為彼此而產生的溫暖
謝謝每一位到場的朋友，
也謝謝每一位默默祝福我的人
因為有你們，
40 歲的開始，
比我想像中更加幸福，也更加有力量。

Over the past few days, many people have asked me,
“What was the most unforgettable part of turning 40?”
I realized it wasn’t the gifts,
or how incredible the celebration was.
It was seeing how many people chose to spend their time and hearts creating this milestone with me.
Every message.
Every birthday wish.
Every thoughtful gift.
Every hug.
I received them all.
Thank you for reminding me that what we truly treasure is never just a birthday, but the warmth we create together.
Thank you to everyone who celebrated with me, and to everyone who sent their love from afar.
Because of you,
the beginning of my forties has been more joyful, meaningful, and powerful than I ever imagined.
