台灣另類全球第一 人口老化超英趕美

根據國家發展委員會推計，台灣目前65歲以上人口已達286萬為「高齡化」社會，推計將於107年邁入「高齡」社會、114年邁入「超高齡」社會
「超英趕美」的老化速度也創下另類「全球第一」，台灣進入老年人口超過20%的超高齡社會，速度是日本的1.6倍、美國的2.8倍、英國的7.3倍。

【老化是由腳開始】
黃帝內經:「人之衰老始於足，足血盈則身心健」。
腳是人體的第二個心臟，回流血液需藉著肌肉收縮，經微血管、靜脈回到心臟，若腳的肌肉收縮差，擠壓動作弱，那麼下半身的靜脈循環變慢，血氧提供不足，就會使靜脈血管內的代謝物(酸性物)增加，無法完全運回心臟，那麼就出現下肢腫脹、腳冰冷、痔瘡、靜脈曲張，皮膚角質化變粗硬，趾甲沒光澤，塌陷、腳中風等症狀。

【不愛走路就是不健康】
現代年輕人整天在電腦桌前，假日對踏青、爬山都沒興趣，街頭買個東西也騎摩托車，有電梯絕不走樓梯

，久而久之，腳不再有應有的肌力、敏感度與靈活的微調能力，很年輕就會有從腳底開始，到小腿、大腿、髖骨、腰部、脊椎的痠痛。
