這是一件眾志成城的作品。
本次 (亞太堅韌研究基金會) 在台北晶華酒店舉辦極具質感的歡迎晚宴，除了傳遞台灣人的款待熱忱，更賦予了深層文化意義。
當時時間緊迫，特助蔡先生透過網路好評找到我們，之後以電話溝通與 Line 傳來概念圖。考量傳統藍染 LOGO 需開版製版，耗時且費用高昂。在溝通中，我感受到 CAPRi 團隊對專業的尊重，雙方理念快速同步，將組織的 3i 精神融入創作：
🌿正直 (Integrity)：
一如藍染工藝質樸與天然，回歸布料與顏色本質。以細緻針織工藝取代傳統手工製版來呈現 Logo，質感細膩並節省一半以上成本與時間。
🌿獨立 (Independence)：
藍染需經數十次反覆浸染、氧化，過程需極大的專注與韌性。這幅 210 公分巨幅布幔由職人獨自手工染製，讓色彩由深邃海藍漸變至輕盈天青，象徵專業領域中不隨波逐流、守住初衷的獨立思維。
🌿多元共融 (Inclusivity)：
作品結合了我方的藍染工藝與合作師傅的繡字，這種跨領域協作契合了 CAPRi 包容並蓄、共創價值的組織特性。同時與活動場地及花藝的結合，整體協調性及質感得到昇華。
我們也建議布幕採穿桿設計，未來可重複利用或轉作活動桌舌。雙方一致認同： #減少一次性耗材是對土地最美好的承諾♻️

This piece is a true labor of collaboration. CAPRi (Center for Asia-Pacific Resilience and Innovation) recently hosted a sophisticated welcome dinner at Regent Taipei. Beyond showcasing Taiwanese hospitality, the event was enriched with deep cultural significance through traditional craft.
With a tight deadline, Mr. Tsai ,EA to the Chair, reached out to us after discovering our work online. Through efficient remote coordination, we quickly aligned on a vision that weaves CAPRi’s 3i core values into this artisanal creation:
Integrity: Much like the pure, natural process of indigo dyeing, we chose to return to the essence of the materials. By opting for refined embroidery over industrial printing, we achieved a delicate texture while saving over 50% in production costs and time.
Independence: Indigo dyeing requires dozens of immersion and oxidation cycles, demanding immense focus and resilience. This 210cm masterpiece was hand-dyed by a single artisan, transitioning from deep ocean blue to sky azure—symbolizing the independent thinking and steadfast commitment to one’s original intent.
Inclusivity: The work harmonizes traditional indigo art with expert embroidery. This cross-disciplinary collaboration reflects CAPRi’s values of inclusivity and co-creating value. When integrated with the venue's floral arrangements, the overall aesthetic was truly elevated.
To promote ESG and sustainability, the fabric features a versatile pole-pocket design, allowing it to be reused or repurposed as a decorative table runner. We share a common belief: reducing single-use waste is our finest promise to the Earth.
