Roll out the remaining dough about 0.3-0.4 cm thick and cut out the figures from it to the size of the cakes you want to get. I'll have round cakes. Prick them a little with a fork to prevent them from swelling when baking. It is most convenient to roll out immediately on baking paper, so that later the blanks can be transferred to a baking sheet with it. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for a few minutes. Cool the finished products.
