To make dessert, we need 600 g of cottage cheese (I have 9%). Pour 4 tablespoons to it. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla sugar, and add 100 g of very soft butter. We punch everything with a blender until smooth.
Another important ingredient is shortbread cookies. I have this baked milk. It should be rectangular.
Be sure to dip the cookies in warm milk (approximately 40 degrees) on both sides. Thus, it is impregnated, becomes soft and will not slide off the foil.
