• work from 8am to 9:30pm
Monday - Saturday
Sunday : Half Day
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service(Customer care)
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
•Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store(keep record of stock)
■ Job brief
We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
Responsibilities
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
●Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards(Clean and well organized At all times)
● Maintain a fully stocked store( Note and request items that are running out of stock)
● Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
● Welcome and greet customers
● Manage point-of-sale processes
● Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
● Keep up to date with product information. Handle and update all social media platforms on a regular basis
● Accurately describe product features designs and benefits
● Follow all companies policies and procedures.
■Requirements
1. Proven working experience in retail sales(Boutique and clothing experience is an Added Advantage).
2. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Proficiency in English
4. Track record of over-achieving sales quota
5. Solid communication and interpersonal skills
6. Customer service focus
7. Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
8. Basic administration skills.
