Job Opportunity: *Energetic Sales Manager - Textile Fabric* Showroom
Are you a driven and knowledgeable individual with a passion for textiles and a knack for sales? Waynah Textiles, a well-established retail business in the heart of Ham Shopping Grounds, Block S, is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Male Sales Manager to lead our showroom team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing showroom operations, and leveraging data analysis to understand customer trends and optimize performance. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building relationships with customers and guiding them through our extensive collection of high-quality textile fabrics.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on textile fabrics.
* Maintain a visually appealing and organized showroom environment.
* Utilize data analysis skills to track sales, identify popular products, and understand customer preferences.
* Implement strategies to increase foot traffic and drive sales growth.
* Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in textile fabrics and the retail industry.
* Effectively utilize computer systems, including excel sheets, for reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
* *Male candidate preferred.*
* Energetic and self-motivated with a strong sales drive.
* Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the textiles retail business.
* Solid understanding of textile fabrics and their applications.
* Demonstrated data analysis skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
* Proficient in using excel sheets and other relevant computer applications.
* Minimum of a high school diploma.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Location: *Kampala Central , Ham Shopping Grounds Block S (351/360)*
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
