Being able to film a “day in my life as a small business owner” is a talent I simply do not possess. 😭

I’ve tried SO many times. I start the morning strong, camera rolling, feeling like a content creator… and then suddenly it’s 6 PM, I’ve recorded 3 random clips, my phone is somewhere in the store, and I forgot to film 95% of my day. 😂

HOW are y’all running a business AND remembering to document it?! Because apparently I can only do one at a time.

At this point, the real day in my life is just me forgetting to film my day in my life. 💀 ̇nmylife

**THE PYRAMID HAS SPOKEN. I’M HIRING. 😂**

Currently, I somehow have **4 employees and still need an employee.** Make it make sense.

So… auditions are officially open for the **TOP OF THE PYRAMID.**

I’m looking for someone who:

* Can work **weekdays + occasional weekends**
* Is looking for **consistent, year-round work** not just summers or weekends
* Can cover around **10–15 hours per week**
* Saturdays are mostly needed **when I have markets/events booked**
* Is dependable and doesn’t need multiple days off every single month
* Actually wants to **grow with a small business**

I love my staff, but between limited availability, requested days off, markets, events, and running the shop… **the math is no longer mathing.** 😭

And pleaseeeee don’t DM me saying, *“I’m available weekends and summers!”* This is an actual business with actual business hours, not my hobby. 😂

I genuinely think it would be SO freaking cool to find someone who wants to come in, learn the business, take ownership of their role, and **grow with Imperative.**

I know the weather hasn’t exactly been giving sweater weather lately, but trust me on this one. Our sweaters are selling FAST, and some of your favorites are already gone.
