Over the last few years i have let my body go. Had a lot of trauma, injuries and mental health issues to deal with. Now i am at the point to where i can actually exersise and have little to no back pain. I do not feel as many side effects of my mental health meds, unlike at the beginning where there was large weight gain and tired all the time. Still am most days lol. But now I want to enjoy life. My mental health is the best it has been in years and ready for my body to finally catch up. I started a few months ago with mainly dieting and walking. Now is the time to boost my weight loss journey adding in more exercises and lifestyle changes. Ready for positive change and getting healthy. I want to be where I was years ago and my health is one of the many things I put off. I want to have a long, healthy and happy life with Edwin. I am doing this for me and the love I have for my wonderful husband.
