Craft Corner Policy and Procedures

Please read before ordering.
How to Order:
Message me to place your order.
*Including items you are looking to order as well as quantities.
*Please keep in mind blank items are not kept in stock.
PAYMENT:
*All payment is done through Venmo.
*Payment must be completed within 24 hours.
*No supplies or orders will be started unless payments have been made.
*If unavailable to do so please message me and I will be happy to work something out.
SHIPPING:
*Shipping is through USPS and cost is based on zip code and weight.
*Items are shipped priority mail starting at $10.45 and includes tracking.
*Apparel is packed in a plastic cellophane bag with detailed care instructions.
LOCAL ORDERS/PICKUP:
If you are local pickup or meeting within the local Abilene area is available.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
*Refunds or Exchanges are not accepted.
*Once an item has been shipped or made orders cannot be canceled.
!!Only exception is if a mistake is made on my part after item preview (see below)
PREVIEW:
*Custom or personalized orders will be given a preview/mockup of your design.
*This will give you time to make changes to placement, correct spelling of names, fonts, as well as sizes.
**Once something has been cut or pressed, I am not able to make changes as that time. I will try my best to make sure your ideas can be made.**
TURN AROUND:
*Turn around for shirts are within a week (depending on supplier availability)
*Most vinyl decals depending on colors that are in stock 3-4 days to be made.
*This doesn’t include shipping time.
VINYL CARE:
*Every order comes with detailed care card this is to help ensure your item last.
*If there is every any questions concerning care of a shirt. As well as application of a decal please messaged me before application.
