In the meantime… here’s another sweet antique piece I just finished!

This beautiful 1940s Huntley Simmons cabinet was simply too special not to bring back to life. I gave it a rich Heirloom finish with subtle bronze gilding wax on the original hardware, edges, and legs to highlight all of its beautiful details. The original wood interior was left warm and natural, creating a beautiful contrast behind the glass door.

At 65”H × 34”W × 15”D, it’s the perfect size for displaying your favorite dishes, books, collectibles, or seasonal décor while offering hidden storage below. It would look beautiful in an entryway, dining room, living room, or even a cozy office.

This gorgeous Colonial sideboard from the early 1900s has my heart! After much back and forth, I decided to go with the color Proper on this piece, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Featuring its original mirror, wood k***s, and loads of character, this timeless piece has been given new life while preserving everything that makes it special. The mirror is dotted with beautiful age spots, the original hardware is perfect, and the character this piece carries simply can’t be replicated.

With generous storage, sturdy construction, and a classic silhouette, it would make a stunning statement in a dining room, entryway, living space, or kitchen.

Honestly, it was all I could do not to keep this one for myself. I staged her with a few of my favorite IOD smalls, and I do believe she’s a stunner.

Soooo here is a sweet little piece I finished this week. Heirloom was the obvious choice.
I used a transfer on the inside that was a smidge too skinny, so I blended the entire inside (shelves too) with Hurricane Gray, Sand Silk, and Sawmill Gravy to match the background of the transfer. I added Bronze Gilding Wax to the original hardware, and highlighted the edges and legs. I also used dark waxes here and there.

This freshly restored antique cabinet showcases classic charm with a warm, timeless finish. Measuring 62”H x 36”W x 15”D, it offers the perfect blend of storage and style—ideal for an entryway, dining room, or living space. A solid, unique piece ready for its next home.
