Not everyone grows up hearing they're perfect.

Some of us grew up learning that if you wanted something, you worked for it. You showed up, got your hands dirty, made mistakes, and tried to do a little better the next day.

That doesn't mean one way is right and another is wrong. We all have different stories. But there's something to be said for the quiet lessons that come from responsibility, patience, and earning your own sense of pride.

Sometimes the greatest confidence doesn't come from being told you're enough. It comes from discovering it for yourself.
