When my friend messaged me needing a gift the other day, I realized I was down to my last set of tab top towels.

So I looked thru my sewing basket and found some more to sew up. Here is what I currently have available.

Adding a corset back is frequently requested alteration for a dress that is too small. Finding matching fabric and ribbon is a challenge - even when we had a fabric store locally. Now, we mostly work from my stash, getting a match with online ordering is really tricky and often takes more time than we have available.
Usually the hem cut-off is too curved to use for any of the alterations, but we were able to make it work this time. The outward face of the modesty panel was cut from the lining

The results of the contest / fabric challenge have been revealed.
I can now share the quilt top I made for the contest.
This won 3rd place in the "zaniest" category!

Not sure how soon I will get it finished, but considering fun yarn quilting and ties, possibly a button or something for the center of the diamonds
