FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: MISSING CHILD WITH AUTISM FROM THE SHELBY COMMUNITY
On Sunday, September 2, 2018, deputies responded to the 800 block of Highway 400 on a missing autistic juvenile, 12-year-old male Parker Mote. Parker was last seen at his residence on Saturday, September 1st, 2018, at approximately 11:00 p.m. wearing green shorts and a green shirt. He is a white male with brown hair, blue eyes, 4’6” and weighs approximately 75 pounds. Deputies, along with fire department personnel are actively searching for him at this time. If anyone has any information about the whereabouts of this missing juvenile, please contact the Shelby County Sheriff's Office at (205) 669-4181 or 911.
