I’m learning that peace requires intention…

I used to think peace would just “show up” when life slowed down, but I’m realizing it’s something I have to choose on purpose.

There are still things to do, responsibilities to carry, and moments that feel full—but I don’t want to live in constant urgency anymore.

So today, I’m choosing to move differently.
Slower where I need to.
Calmer in how I respond.
More intentional with my energy.

Not everything deserves my rush.
Not everything deserves my stress.

I’m learning that peace is not a break from life—it’s a way of living it.

If you’ve been in a busy or heavy season too, I hope you give yourself permission to slow down a little today. 💛
