These stores are works in progress. They have not been open regularly for many reasons for many years but that is all changing. We have extremely hard working, exceptionally knowledgeable associates who will go above and beyond to get what you are looking for or need. Please come visit us and give us a chance to prove ourselves to the community. Many times what we have in the store we donate back

to the community when an organization or person is in need. Our prices vary from .50 to hundreds of dollars depending on the item. There is always little room for negotiation especially when quantity is purchased;

Great news!! The store in Renssalear will be larger, better and more fantastic this new year thanks of course to Shea Hobbs and Matha Hobbs!! Save the tentative date. Our littlest but greatest helper, Katori will be there to meet and greet!!!

It is with great sadness and at the same time, excitement, to announce the Hobbs Community Chest at 1215 Broadway in Albany, NY is going out of business! We will be open these next two weeks and by appointment to liquidate the inventory. We will then be renovating and revamping our store at 112 Broadway Renssalear NY which will open early 2016. Please check out our store, advertisements on Craigslist, the Times Union and numerous FB online garage sales. Please feel free to email us at [email protected] with specific requests for something you are wanting at basement prices. Thank you always for your patronage!! We wish you and your families the very brightest holiday season!!
