Race to Remember - Alzheimer's Charity Race 5k/1 Mile Walk presented by Albemarle Rotary Club is on Saturday June 13, 2026. It includes the following events: 5k Run Walk, 1 Mile Fun Walk/Run, and Virtual Run/Walk 5k with Shirt and Mailing!.

Thank you to everyone who ran, walked, wobbled, pushed strollers, brought their pups, and filled the morning with nothing but joy, laughter, and community spirit! ❤️

We had an amazing turnout, a fantastic food drive for Stanly Community Christian Ministry, and plenty of warm coffee thanks to Cascade Creek Coffee! ☕️

And yes… we also had a mystery Grinch who stole 16 of our turn/straight signs overnight. 😂
But YOU ALL STILL MADE IT!
You followed your instincts, the crowd, and whichever runner looked the most confident. True Thanksgiving miracles.
