Well, that wasn't on my 2026 bingo card. 🙃

So, apparently, I've been promoted to unemployed.

Not exactly the career advancement I was hoping for, but here we are.

I was unexpectedly laid off this week, and while I'm still wrapping my head around how everything happened, I'm also trying to look at this as an opportunity to figure out what comes next.

For those who don't know, Cheerfully Offensive is my creative outlet. It's where I get to combine my love of sarcasm, dark humor, creativity, and being a decent fu***ng human.

And no, Cheerfully Offensive isn't going anywhere.

If anything, maybe this unexpected change will give me the opportunity to put a little more time and energy into something I've genuinely enjoyed building.

But let's be realistic. Bills don't pay themselves, and apparently sarcasm isn't a universally accepted form of currency. 😂

So, while I continue growing Cheerfully Offensive, I'll also be exploring new career opportunities, figuring out what I want this next chapter to look like, and probably questioning my life choices at least three times a week.

To everyone who's supported this little adventure so far, thank you. ❤️
