based on things like:
Engagement (likes, comments, shares, clicks)
How long people watch your videos
Whether people usually interact with your Page
How recent the post is
Facebook testing your post with a small group first

Your numbers actually show something interesting:

76% non-followers = Facebook is finding new people for your content ✅
24% followers = some followers are seeing it, but many are not being shown it THIS RIGHT HERE NEEDS TO BE FIXEDS

Also, for a newer/smaller Page like 328 followers, Facebook often tests content outside your follower group to find people who are more likely to engage

NOT RIGHT

Pages used to feel more like a subscription — people followed you and your posts were more likely to appear.
Now Facebook uses a ranking system, where it decides what each person sees based on predicted interest and activity.
That can make older Pages feel like the audience they worked years to build is not as reachable.
